Body Blast
Our signature class! A full-body interval workout that combines martial arts and muscle conditioning. No equipment needed.
Warning: it’s seriously addictive!
Core and More!
Strengthen your abs, lower back, and pelvic floor while improving posture and balance. Some sessions feature light dumbbells for added upper-body burn—that's the “more!”
Stretch and Release
Relax your body and mind in this calming stretching class. Gently release muscle tension and finish feeling lighter, looser, and more centered.
Body Tone
A low-impact, muscle-toning session targeting your thighs, buttocks, and core. Ideal for sculpting strength without the sweat-fest.
Cardio Hi-Lo
Simple, fun, and sweat-inducing! These upbeat cardio classes use classic aerobics-style movement and repetition to get your heart pumping.
Plank Challenge
The plank is one of the most complete exercises you can do. In just 6 minute express challenges, you’ll work upper body, core, and lower body with a variety of planks. Quick, tough, and oh-so-effective. Feel the burn!
Cardio Kickboxing
Maria’s fave! Martial arts meets group fitness in this high-energy class. Punch and kick to the beat with easy-to-follow combos that challenge your body and your brain.
Express Workouts
Short on time? These fun, focused workouts include circuits, fitness games, and challenges that pack a powerful punch and show results in under 20 minutes.

Use foam rollers and/or massage balls to target fascia and melt away tension. Your body will thank you!
