You can enjoy a variety of class formats to get you moving the way you want anytime, anywhere...
Body Blast
You are in for a whole body workout, with our signature class. This interval training class utilises martial arts and muscle conditioning exercises. No equipment required. Warning: this class is addictive!
Core and More!
This class is designed to help strengthen the abdominal area, lower back, and pelvic floor. While improving posture and balance. Some classes may have "more" utilising light dumbbells to add an arm/upper body workout.
Stretch and Release
Relax your body and mind in this stretching class. It will help ease muscle stiffness, and leave you feeling calm and lighter.
Body Tone
This low impact class is perfect for those that want to strengthen and tone their buttocks, thighs and core.
Cardio Hi-Lo
You will find a range of simple and fun Cardio classes, that will make you sweat! Think aerobics style with repetitions to get your heart pumping.
Plank Challenge
The plank is one of the most complete exercises you can do. In these short 6 minute express challenges, you will do a variety of planks, targeting muscles of the upper body, core, and lower body. Get ready to feel the burn!
Cardio Kickboxing
One of Maria's personal favourites! This class is when martial arts meets group fitness. Get ready to punch and kick to the beat of the music, while completing two sequences that will have your brain exercising and your body sweating!
Express Workouts
From circuit workouts to playing fitness games, these are serious (but enjoyable) short workouts to help you push you a little further and give you great results!
Get Rolling!
Rolling the fascia to release tension in the body, using a foam roll and/or balls.

Zumba® Fitness
Exercise in disguise, this is Zumba®! A dance fitness workout party! Get your friends and family and have a boogie in the comfort of your own home.
