We are two sisters and experts in our field, passionate about helping people feel awesome. 

The 18 days to well-being was designed with women in mind. You will learn about foods that nourish you, and support your health, so you can live the life you have always wanted.

You will enjoy the daily "feel good" activities and the audio meditation that will help you reprogram your subconscious mind for a happier you.

You will have access to educational videos, to help you grow, as well as free access to Powerful YOU, an online exercise program that will keep you moving. There is a big library of workouts and fantastic variety.

It is an all in one program!

My journey with 18 days to wellbeing program has been a great investment on myself. I have learned to eat well, food that nourishes me making me feel great physically and also mentally. 
 
Even though I exercise quite a bit, my weight was going up and up with all the food I was eating. 
 
Half way through the program I tried on my fitting pants, and normally I have to get out of it as soon as I get home, in-fact I couldn't even fit into it this winter anymore.  But I was actually in it all day, it felt awesome.  My skin is now so clear and smooth, feels fabulous! 
 
The menu is designed to suit each individual person. I have options to choose from and can keep eating my favourite option if I want to! The food are really simple, easy and delicious to make. 
 
The food are so wholesome means I didn't feel hungry throughout the day or have any cravings for my chips, chocolates or ice cream after dinner.  Now I know, eating the right food at the right time and drinking plenty of water is so important.
 
Preparation and organisation is really important and something I have learned throughout the journey.  Before I wouldn't think twice to just grab something quick from the cafe for lunch or grab a takeaway on my way home from work.  
 
Normally around 2pm sitting at my desk at work, I would feel so tired and want to fall asleep and drink a few more coffees to get through my afternoon.  But instead, I have been feeling more alert and have lots of energy even when I am teaching my class or going for my run and other exercises. I replaced my coffee in the morning with green juice. 
 
Throughout the 18 days I have only had two coffees, even though I am actually allowed them. I love the smell of coffee so I will have it as my treat.
 
Another thing I really enjoy about the program is how I can feel Maria and Eliza really care about what they are sharing with me.  Every day I hear from them, letting me know the feel good activity for the day or information about our health. 
 
When I have questions, I was able to ask them and they would be right there for me. My favourite was training my mind to think more positively, knowing and believing it. It is actually something I have really struggled with for a very long time.  It is easy to learn to eat right, but the self doubt and negative talk in the mind is really difficult to change. 
 
In this journey I have learned to think more positively, I feel happy, I feel awesome. I know, I am enough.
 
I would highly recommend anyone to go through this 18 days wellness program.  Eat better, feel better! Physically and Mentally.

Maria Teresa Stone

 

Maria Teresa grew up dancing in Mexico, her birth country. She has lived in and out of New Zealand for over 13 years now. She is the driving force behind the successful Zumba program in the region! She is a  Zumba Education Specialist and has trained thousands of instructors across Asia-Pacific. She is the co-founder of www.mygroupmove.com an online platform that trains and supports group fitness instructors. She is also the co-founder of the 18 days to well-being program along with her sister Eliza Stone. Passionate about holistic health, she is a certified gut health and well-being coach. Inducted to the Roll of honour by fitness australia in 2016 for her contribution to the fitness industry in Australia.

Eliza Stone

Eliza has a Nutrition & Human Science Degree, graduated in 1995. A fitness Professional with 30 years of experience. Certifications in Spinning, Hot Cycling, Stability ball, AFAA, ACE, AEA. Zumba® Instructor for 18 years and international presenter and ZES for 15 years. Therapist/Hypnotherapist for Rapid Transformation Therapy. An enthusiast in helping people be healthy and happy. Hundreds of appearances in Television and Radio stations in Mexico. Eliza has a very successful youtube channel and her own brand of Nutritional products (Proteins, matcha, collagen and vitamins). She also has clinical experience having worked in a hospital for 2 years as a nutritionist. She coaches patients in gyms and virtually. She also offers "el reto de 21 dias" to her amazing latinamerican followers.

*What is a holistic health coach?

A Holistic Health Coach is a trained professional who uses an integrative approach to both diet and lifestyle changes to improve their clients' health. Addressing how all aspects of a person's life affect their well-being and working as a guide toward an overall healthier life, they will look at their clients' nutrition patterns, relationships, physical fitness, spirituality, and more.

You will be able to book a one-on-one coaching session with Maria Teresa Stone via ZOOM if you choose the premium program. During this coaching session will be able to discuss and find some clarity on what you want in your life, and how to get there. This session is a minimum of 60 mins. If you live in the Canterbury area (New Zealand) an in-person session can be arranged.
