This casual pass gives you access to one class at any of the 2 following locations:

Tuesday 7pm at the West Melton School Hall with Maria Teresa Stone.  

Thursday 7pm at West Melton Community Centre - Oakley Room with Sarah Summers.

Arrive 5 mins before and say hello to your instructor 😃 Wear comfortable exercise gear, sneakers with a smooth sole and bring your bottle of water and sweat towel.
